Sec. 645-422. - Temporary driveways. A temporary driveway for use in connection with the removal or construction of buildings and excavations, or other work thereon, shall be permitted at any place in such manner and for such length of time as may be authorized by the division of construction and business services of the department of business and neighborhood services.
