SEC. 47.108. OWNER'S RIGHT OF ACTION. In addition to all remedies allowed by law, an Owner may bring an action against a Mortgage Modification Consultant for any violation of this Article, and a Mortgage Modification Consultant may be liable in a civil action for damages up to three times the amount of actual damages, attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation.
