Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 35-197 Criminal penalties.

§ 35-197. - Criminal penalties. (a) Any person violating any provision of Division 2 or 3 of this Article shall be guilty of an offense and if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class "a" offense. (b) Any person violating Subsection (i) of Section 35-190 of Division 4 of this article shall be guilty of an offense and if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class "a" offense. (Ord.
