§ 13-9. Board of Directors — Quorum; open meetings; public records. (a) Quorum. Three members of the Board constitute a quorum. (b) Open meetings. All meetings of the Board must be conducted in accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, Title 3 of the State General Provisions Article. (c) Public records.
