133.03 - Composition of commission; terms. There is hereby created a public utilities review commission consisting of eleven (11) members, appointed by the mayor with the concurrence of city council in accordance with Section 61 of the Charter of the city of Columbus, Ohio to serve for a term of three (3) years. Initially, three (3) shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year; four (4) for a term of two (2) years; and four shall be appointed for a full term of three (3) years. All commission members shall be residents of Franklin County. (Ord. 22-79.)
