§ 32-432. - Transfer. No license issued under this division shall be transferred except as provided in this division. If the approved holder of a license desires to transfer his license to another vehicle he shall file a new application with the Supervisor of Licenses, and if found in order and upon payment of the required fee to the City Treasurer, the Supervisor of Licenses shall issue a replacement decal for the vehicle involved in the transfer. The holder seeking the transfer shall return the decal previously issued. (Code 1970, §§ 34-259, 34-262; Code 1980, § 32-432; Ord. No. 19961, § 1, 5-25-93)
