Sec. 181-502. - General requirement. To assure that the annual budget ordinances submitted pursuant to IC 36-3-6-4 comply with the tax limitations in IC 6-3.5-2-3, the additional requirements of this division shall be effective beginning with the submission of the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1983.
