Sec. 30-4. - Noisy vehicles generally. It is unlawful to operate or cause to be operated any motor vehicle so out of repair or so loaded that it creates any loud and unreasonable grating, grinding, rattling, or squeaking sound regardless of whether the sound so created by the motor vehicle is within the permissible levels specified in section 30-5 of this Code.
