Sec. 113.302. - Acceptance. All gifts to the City of personal property shall be accepted by the Mayor, except when the nature of any conditional terms would otherwise require their approval by ordinance. In considering the acceptance of all such gifts, the Mayor shall consider the safety of the use of said personal property, and shall ensure that a division of the City is responsible for the monitoring of the receipt, installation, and maintenance of the personal property.
