§ 47-5. - Connections with storm sewers or natural outlet. No person shall deposit or discharge any wastewater, industrial waste, or other polluted waters or liquids on public or private property, in or adjacent to any natural outlet or any natural watercourse, or in any storm sewer within the City, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the City without the approval of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Environmental Quality.
