Sec. 28-541. - Cumulative effect. This article is cumulative of other requirements imposed by ordinances and regulations of the city. To the extent of any inconsistency, the more restrictive provision shall govern. Without limitation, the issuance of a permit under this article shall not excuse compliance with the Construction Code, including permits required thereunder. (Ord. No. 98-253, § 2, 4-8-98; Ord.
