§ 11-2-13 - QUARTERLY REPORTS. A person required to collect a tax under this article shall include in the quarterly reports required under Section 11-2-4 (Quarterly Reports; Payments) the following additional information: (1) the amount of the tax collected under this article; and (2) other information as required by the department.
