§ 7-616 Miscellaneous instruments. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the indexing of general assignments, wills and powers of attorney. Such instruments shall be filed or recorded as now required by law, and when recorded such general assignments, wills and powers of attorney shall be indexed in separate alphabetical indices.
