Baltimore City Code, Article 31, § 14-34
in effect§ 14-34. Attendants.
(a) Qualifications.
Every attendant must:
(1) possess a valid driver’s license; and
(2) be 18 years old or older.
(b) Uniforms.
Each attendant must wear a uniform top that clearly identifies the operator of the valet service.
