Baltimore City Code, Article 15, § 47-1 In general.

§ 47-1. In general. Unless otherwise provided, a person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity that violates any provision of this article or of a rule or regulation adopted under this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $250 for each offense.
