§ 11-103. - Further definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article or in 47 CFR, Part 76, Subpart N, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) Cable operator means any "grantee" under this chapter. (2) Commission means the Federal Communications Commission. (3) FCC means the Federal Communications Commission. (4) Franchising authority means The City of Oklahoma City. (Ord.
