Baltimore City Code, Article 19, § 40-21 Penalties.

§ 40-21. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense or to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment, for each offense.
