SEC. 88.58. COLLECTION OF CASH FROM OFF-STREET PARKING METERS. (Title and Section Amended by Ord. No. 180,092, Eff. 9/7/08.) The Department shall make or cause to be made regular collections of the money deposited in off-street parking meters by uniformed collectors and shall count or cause to be counted the money contained therein and deliver the same into the City Treasury to the credit of the Special Parking Revenue Fund.
