SEC. 7-5.7. PROHIBITION ON OWNING A DOG DETERMINED DANGEROUS BY ANOTHER JURISDICTION. (a) A person commits an offense if he owns a dog in the city that has been determined to be a dangerous dog by any other jurisdiction. (b) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsection (a) that the person owned the dog in the city on June 25, 2008. (Ord. 27250)
