1145.83 - NPDES permits. All persons who own or operate premises within the city or where applicable, premises outside of the City of Columbus which are tributary to the City MS4, where the premises have been issued a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit shall provide the Director a copy of the permit. For all NPDES permits issued on or after the effective date of this section, the permit shall be provided to the Director within sixty (60) days of the issuance of the permit. (Ord.
