Sec. 8.99.06. Emergency Actions. Actions of the Agency or its staff directly related to immediate threats to the public health or safety, shall be exempt from the requirements of Sections 8.99.04 and 8.99.05; provided, however, that such emergency action must have prior approval, if possible, by the Agency general counsel; and provided, that the Council must be notified of such action by 5:00 p.m. on the next working day.
