§ 47-522. - Charge supplemental. When either or both the total suspended solids or BOD of water or waste accepted for admission to the City's sewerage works exceeds the values of these constituents for normal domestic sewage, the industrial user shall pay the industrial user surcharge in addition to any sewer user charges.
