8-26-030 Initial and annual registration. (a) For the initial registration, a gun offender shall report in person at such office of the department that the superintendent may direct. (b) After the initial registration, the gun offender shall report in person no later than one year after the date of the initial registration and thereafter no later than one year after the date of each annual registration, until such time that the gun offender is no longer required to register.
