390.904. Junior and community college programs; appropriation; pro rata reduction. Sec. 4. For the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1956, there is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $1,935,000.00 for distribution in accordance herewith. Should the amount appropriated be inadequate to meet the distribution provided for herein, the amount received by each school district shall be reduced proportionately. 1955, Act 259, Imd. Eff.
