Sec. 8-29. - Enforcement of article and related laws. The provisions of this article, as well as all other ordinances, procedural rules and regulations established by the automotive board, and statutes regulating the sale, barter, or exchange of new or used motor vehicles or motor vehicle trailers, or both, or of motor vehicle parts or accessories, shall be enforced by the police department and the automotive board.
