7.38.045 - Potbellied pigs—Applicability of Chapters 7.08 and 7.12. The general provisions of LVMC Chapter 7.12 pertaining to the vaccination of a dog, cat or ferret and the administration and enforcement thereof, unless in conflict, inconsistent or superseded by the provisions of this Chapter, shall apply to potbellied pigs being maintained, possessed or kept at a detached single-family residence.
