Sec. 42-163. - Stub street. The building line adjacent to the end of a stub street that is not required to be extended pursuant to subsection (a) of section 42-134 of this Code shall be ten feet from the end of the stub street and ten feet on either side of a ten foot projection of the stub street into the adjacent property.
