60-53. Lead Hazard Inspection Fee. The fee for each lead hazard inspection necessary to determine compliance with an order issued under s. 66-22-4-c shall be $150 per dwelling, dwelling unit, supplemental location or premises. The fee for each subsequent reinspection shall be $300 until full compliance with the order is found. (See s. 66-22.)
