111.30 - To amend or suspend. These rules, or any of them, may be amended or temporarily suspended at any meeting of the council by an affirmative vote of four (4) members thereof. These rules are for the efficient and orderly conduction of the business of council only, and no violation of such rules shall invalidate any action of the council when approved by the majority votes required in the charter.
