§68.0102 Duties of the Director The Director shall be appointed by the City Manager and shall be in charge of and regulate all activities and operations carried on at all airports operated by the City including, but not limited to, maintenance and upkeep of airports, regulation of use of aircraft, regulation of vehicles used on the airport, regulation of business and commercial activities at the airport, providing the public with flight information and enforcement of Federal, State and City rules and regulations.
