9.52.030.4 - Section 105.1.1.1 Payment required, Added. 105.1.1.1 Payment required. A permit, although issued, shall not be valid until fees have been paid. Exception: The City of El Paso, the County of El Paso, the El Paso Housing Authority, the State of Texas and the United States Government are exempted from payment of the permit fees required in this chapter; provided, that only such facilities as owned, operated and maintained by such governmental agencies shall be exempted from payment of such permit fees.
