6:577. Trust companies chartered under prior law A. All provisions of this Chapter are applicable to all state-chartered trust companies domiciled in Louisiana, including existing trust companies. B. The charter of a state-chartered trust company issued before the effective date of this Chapter shall be presented to the commissioner prior to December 31, 2003, for substitution. Acts 2003, No. 573, §1, eff. June 27, 2003.
