El Paso City Code § 18.18.390 Conflicts.

18.18.390 - Conflicts. Where any provision of federal, state, or local law conflicts with any provision of this Code, the most restrictive shall govern unless otherwise regulated by law. (Ord. 15996 § A (part), 2005)

El Paso City Code § 18.18.400 Violations.

18.18.400 - Violations. Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars. Each day the violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 15996 § A (part), 2005) (Ord. 17171, § 35, 8-18-2009)

El Paso City Code § 18.18.410 Severability.

18.18.410 - Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code is for any reason held to be illegal, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Code. (Ord. 15996 § A (part), 2005)
