'42.1435 Construction and Equipment It is unlawful to operate a wholesale food warehouse unless such operation is within buildings capable of being fully enclosed with floors, walls and overhead structure in compliance with this chapter. All buildings shall be of sound construction in accordance with all applicable codes; designed and maintained so as to provide proper drainage, plumbing, lighting, and ventilation.
