2.10.040 - Investigator law enforcement powers. The investigators of the City Attorney shall have all of the authority vested in peace officers in the State and the authority to enforce the laws of the City and those laws of the State, the violations of which are misdemeanors when they are committed within the City, and shall have the power to arrest any person who commits a violation thereof.
