§ 20-675 Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall have the authority to promulgate such rules and regulations as the commissioner shall deem necessary to effectuate the purpose of this subchapter, including but not limited to the size, the composition, the type size to be used for lettering, and the placement of signs which are provided for in section 20-672 of this subchapter.
