in effect20.10.480 - Poultry hatchery.
Hatching, raising and marketing of poultry must comply with Title 7 of this Code, and are subject to the following requirements:
A. In a Ranch-Farm District - no building pertaining to this use shall be closer than fifty feet from the nearest adjoining property line;
B. In an R-1 (Residential) District - no building pertaining to this use shall be closer than one hundred feet from the nearest adjoining property line. A minimum lot size of forty thousand square feet shall be required.
