SEC. 92.0122. EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATE. (Amended by Ord. No. 174,861, Eff. 11/14/02, Oper. 11/1/02.) Each Certificate of Registration issued to a Journey-Level Elevator Mechanic, Wheelchair Lift Mechanic or Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor Mechanic pursuant to the provisions of this Code shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance, unless revoked or suspended. The Superintendent of Building shall have the power to revoke or suspend the certificate for good cause.
