§33.3907 Revocation or Suspension In addition to the grounds enumerated in Section 33.0401, in the event that any person holding a license or permit issued pursuant to this Division is convicted of any of those crimes enumerated in Section 33.3906, or in the case of a license, attempts to transfer ownership or control of same except as provided by this Division, the Chief of Police may, in addition to other penalties provided by law, suspend or revoke the license or permit.
