Sec. 202-602. - Director and employees. (a) The administration of the office shall be under the control of the director, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the mayor. (b) All vacancies in the office shall be filled by the director. The employees of the office shall be selected and qualified on the basis of professional qualifications without regard to political affiliation. (G.O. 54, 2011, § 1)
