SEC. 69.09. PERMITS, SUSPENSIONS, OR REVOCATIONS. All permits granted under the authority of this ordinance shall be valid only for such period as may be determined by the Director. A violation of the provisions of this ordinance, or of any other applicable ordinance, by any permittee shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of such permit or permits.
