SEC. 42B-15. CRIMINAL OFFENSES. A person commits an offense if he violates or attempts to violate a provision of this chapter, or a rule or regulation established by the director under this article, that is applicable to a person. A culpable mental state is not required for an offense under this chapter unless the provision defining the conduct expressly requires a culpable mental state. A separate offense is committed each day in which an offense occurs. (Ord. 32473)
