304.19-208. Required filings with commissioner With respect to credit personal property insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this state, all of the following shall be filed with the commissioner: (1) All policies, certificates, plans, and contracts, including endorsements and riders; (2) Group and individual applications for insurance; (3) Enrollment forms; and (4) Schedules of premiums rates. Effective: July 15, 2026 History: Created 2026 Ky. Acts ch. 16, sec. 15, effective July 15, 2026. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2026). 2026 Ky. Acts ch. 16, sec. 25, provides that this statute shall apply to contracts issued or renewed on or after July 15, 2026.
