§ 13-356. - Inspection. (a) The Supervisor of Licenses may make inspections as often as necessary to determine whether the devices licensed hereunder are being operated in compliance with the provisions of this article. (b) The Director of the Health Department shall inspect each food vending device not less than once in every three months. The Director of the Health Department shall make additional inspections as often as necessary to determine whether such devices are being operated in a sanitary manner, in compliance with all ordinances.
