§ 9.3.8 - Examinations and content controlled by Commission. The Commission shall control all examinations, including the content thereof, as prescribed by Commission rule, which shall include notice provisions. No Classified member of the Denver Police or Fire Departments shall be an examiner in any examination given for the purposes of promotion.
