§ 14-48. In general. Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle, of a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle, or of a limitation or condition imposed on a license or permit issued under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense.
