4-75-070 License - Posting - Nontransferablity. Each license issued under this chapter shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance of the licensed facility. Such license shall not be subject to sale, assignment or transfer, whether voluntary or involuntary, and shall be valid only for the location identified in the license application. (Added Coun.
