§ 9-9. - Record of sales. Every person licensed under this chapter shall keep a record which shall contain an itemized list of all articles or lots which he may sell at any auction, the name of the owner or for whom or for whose account they were sold, the selling price, and the date of sale. The record shall be kept current and shall be available for inspection by any duly authorized representative of the City or of the State at all reasonable hours for a period of three years from the date of the sale.
