§ 18-56 SAME - LICENSE REQUIRED. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a marina or marine fuel facility without first obtaining a license from the city. A separate license shall be required for every marina and marine fuel facility, whether situated in the same or at a separate location, and the fee shall be computed separately for each license.
