19.40.010 - Amendments and revisions to approval.
Unless another method is expressly provided by this title, any request to amend or revise an approved application shall be considered a new application, which must be decided in accordance with the procedures governing the original application and the standards in effect at the time such new application is submitted to the city, unless the project has "vested" its rights in accordance with this title and state statute.
